Grace Castaneda is in her first year as a member of the Academic Services for Student-Athletes staff at Cal State Northridge.
She graduated from Fresno State in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology (physical education). In 2011, Grace earned her Master's degree in College Counseling and Student Services at Cal State Northridge.
While at CSUN, she has worked with Fraternity and Sorority members, the peer education group Joint Advocates on Disordered Eating (JADE), and worked in the ASSA office. Her current duties include men's soccer, women's golf, women's volleyball and baseball.
Grace competed in track & field as an undergraduate at Fresno State where she gained valuable knowledge and passion working with student-athletes.
She enjoys spending time with her family and her fiance. She loves to cook and bake, and enjoys outdoor activities such as bike riding, kayaking and rafting.
