Matadors' Games at UCR and at home vs. Cal Poly on Worldwide Leader

NORTHRIDGE, Calif. --- The CSUN women's basketball team will be featured twice on ESPN3 in a pair of upcoming Big West Conference games. The Matadors' games at UC Riverside on Saturday, Feb. 6 and at home against Cal Poly on Saturday, Feb. 20 will be broadcast around the world on ESPN3.Â
Both games are slated for a 4 p.m. start on their respective day. There will not be a BigWest.TV video stream for those two games, but there will still be audio feeds on the CSUN Sports Network. Live stats will also be provided for both games.Â
CSUN plays twice this week in a pair of important Big West Conference games. On Thursday, Jan. 28, the Matadors travel to Orange County to face the UC Irvine Anteaters at 7 p.m. at The Bren Events Center. Two days later, CSUN hosts Cal State Fullerton at 4 p.m. inside The Matadome.Â
Channon Fluker was named Big West Conference Player of the Week after averaging 20.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in games against Cal Poly and Hawai'i last week. In the victory over the Rainbow Wahine, she scored a career-high 31 points and 11 field goals to go with 11 rebounds as the Matadors overcame a halftime deficit to snap an eight-game losing streak.Â
