CSUN senior Josh Greene averaged 18.5 points in the Matadors' two games last week, raising his season average to 15.1 points per game. In the overtime victory vs. UC Riverside, Greene scored 22 points and knocked down four 3-pointers. In Honolulu, Greene finished with 15 points and knocked down another two 3-pointers.
For the season, Greene is shooting 41.5 percent from the field, 90.2 percent from the free throw line and 43.9 percent from 3-point range. He is also averaging 3.0 assists and 2.8 rebounds per contest.
A prolific free throw shooter, Greene saw a streak of 29 straight snapped at Hawai'i. He holds the school record with 33 consecutive free throw makes.
