Adam Barry entered the game as a pinch hitter in the finale at Sacramento State and was intentionally walked. He came on as a pinch hitter for CSUN against #22 UCLA in the home opener and had two at bats. In a doubleheader against Northwestern, Barry went a combined 4-for-8 with a double and had two RBIs in both games. He went 2-for-2 with a walk, a sacrifice and a run scored at San Diego State on Mar. 4. Barry went 3-for-3 with a run scored, walk and RBI in the opener vs. Indiana (3/9) and drove in a career-high three runs the next day. At LMU (3/20), he went 3-for-6 with two runs and two RBI and collected two hits in his next game at St. Mary’s (3/23). Barry had a hit in each game at #13 Cal State Fullerton, driving in a run and scoring twice. He had a hit and a run scored against CSU?Bakersfield (4/10) and went 2-for-4 with a run scored in the series-clinching win against #27 Cal Poly (4/15). Barry hit his first career home run and went 1-for-2 with two runs scored in a win over Long Beach State (4/28). He hit his second home run of the year at UC?Riverside, a three-run shot in the top of the first, and finished the day 2-for-5 with two runs scored and four RBIs (5/4). Barry went 3-for-3 and drew two walks, reaching base all five times, in the series finale win over UC?Irvine (5/13).?He tripled home a run at CSU Bakersfield (5/22), the first triple of his career. In the finale at Pacific (5/27), Barry led off the game with a home run to right center.
Adam Barry was this year's recipient of the Lymman Bostock Endowment Scholarship. In his first season at Cal State Northridge, Barry finished with the fourth-highest batting average on the team at .288 and appeared in 49 games, starting on 44 occasions, andfinished the season with 10 doubles, 14 RBI eight stolen bases, and also was tied for the longest hitting streak in the conference this season at 15 games. He turned in nine multi-hit games and three multi-RBI games for the Matadors and went 2-for-3 and had a stolen base as the designated hitter vs. Seattle University (2/20). Barry pinch hit and had an RBI single, his first RBI of the season, against Valparaiso (2/26) and went 3-for-3 with two runs scored against San Diego State (3/8). He drove in his second RBI of the year in the Game 1 win over Lafayette (3/12) and hit 2-for-3 with a run scored against Sacramento State (3/18 Gm. 2). Barry went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI at UNLV (4/5) and hit in all three games and had an RBI in the finale against Bakersfield (4/8 - 4/10). He went 3-for-4 with three singles at Cal Poly, had six hits in the series with Pacific (4/21 - 4/23) and went 1-for-4 to extend his conference-high hitting streak to 15 games at UC Davis (4/29) before it was broken the next day. Barry went 1-for-5 and had a two-run single in a six-run ninth inning for the Matadors against UC Riverside (5/15) and had a double and the game-winning RBI in a 2-0 win at Long Beach State (5/20). He also went 1-for-3 with a walk and stole two bases in a win over No. 9 Cal State Fullerton (5/27).
Adam Barry played third base for head coach Doni Adams and the Pirates in 2010 and earned his Associate's Degree in the Spring of 2010.
UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING
Played two seasons of football for the Cowboys in 2008 and 2009 and his team won the 2009 New Mexico Bowl against Fresno State.

Barry played and started for both the baseball and football teams for the Musketeers, lettering in both sports, and graduated in 2008 with a 3.4 GPA.
