Riley Goulding was announced as a volunteer assistant coach in June 2015. His primary responsibilities include first base and catching coach duties, and instructor for short game and base running. He also serves as camp director for CSUN Baseball camps.
Goulding completed his second season with the CSUN baseball team in 2015 as a graduate student manager. He is originally from Tracy, Calif. Goulding played junior college ball at the College of San Mateo in San Mateo, Calif. As a freshman in 2010 Goulding contributed to a team that won their 9th straight conference championship and went on to finish second in the CCCAA Final Four. Goulding went on to play D-I baseball for the University of Texas Pan-American.
In December 2013, Goulding received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas Pan-American in Business Administration while majoring in Management. During the Fall of 2013 Goulding was a student assistant for the University of Texas Pan-American working closely with the coaching staff on practice organization and inventory management, and with the infielders on a daily basis.
