2010-11 Season (Junior)
Voted the Pete Cassidy's Coach's Award ... Scored a season--high 20 points (6-for-8 from the floor, 3-for-5 from behind the arc) along with three assists and three steals against Cal Poly (1/22/11) ... Tallied 16 points (4-for-8 from 3-point territory) against Santa Clara (12/22/10) and another 16 points vs Cal State Fullerton (3/10/11) ... Scored 15 points (three 3-pointers) vs Tulsa (11/28/10) at the 76 Classic and against Cal State Fullerton (1/15/11) ... The team leader in three-pointers with 51 (1.58 pg) ... Tallied at least one three-pointer in 25 of the 32 games ... Scored at least three 3-pointers in ten games ... Had a career-high eight assists vs UC Davis (12/30/10) ... Played in 32 games, second-best for a single season in school history.

2009-10 Season (Sophomore)
Winner of the Newt Meyers Sportsmanship Award ... A double-digit scorer in 12 games ... That included a 22-point effort (9-of-10 free throws) against Seattle (1/11/10) ... Hit a team-leading 53 three-pointers (1.7 per game), ninth-best in the Big West Conference ... Played in 32 games, second-best for a single season in school history.

2008-09 Season
Due to NCAA rules and regulations, redshirted the 2008-09 season at Cal State Northridge after transferring from Sacramento State.

Sacramento State (2007-08 Season, Freshman)
Captured Big Sky Conference Freshman of the Year honors in addition to being an honorable mention all-league choice ... Started 27 of 28 games ... Averaged 12.1 points (#2 on the Hornets) and 5.1 assists per game (142) ... Also among the team leaders in steals (38) and three-point goals (50) ... Set a freshman school record with 30 points against Montana State ... Set a varsity school record with 14 assists against William Jewell ... Earned a spot on the All-Freshman Mid-Major team by College Basketball Insider.

McClymonds High School
A two-time first team All-Oakland Athletic League selection ... During his senior season, led his team to a 28-4 overall record, a league title, the northern California Division I championship, and the school's first appearance in the state championship ... Finished his senior season with averages of 15.8 points, five assists and 3.5 steals per game ... In addition, was named team MVP ... Also nominated as the CIF Player of the Year ... As a junior, averaged 13.5 points per game while leading McClymonds to an 18-14 record ... When he is relaxing, Vinnie says he listens to music (his favorite solo artist is Jay-Z), watches ESPN, and finds time to watch his favorite movies (Paid in Full/Through The Fire) ... He also enjoys the music of State Property ... Vinnie says he would like to switch places for a day with Jay-Z ... His favorite food is pizza, and his least favorite food is meat loaf ... If he could have dinner with any two people, they would be singer Alicia Keys and the late singer Aaliyah ... If stranded on a desert island, it would be with his family and friends ... His greatest hero is Jesus Christ because of the sacrifice he made for his people ... The person in history he would most like to meet is the late Martin Luther King, Jr ... Vinnie says that the person who always makes him smile is his nephew ... Vinnie says that if he had a million dollars, he would buy a lot of things, but also give a lot of money to West Oakland ... McGhee says if he could change one thing about the world today, it would be to end poverty ... Vinnie says no one knows how much "I love my family" ...
