Graduation - A Big Day For Five Cal State Northridge Basketball Seniors

Northridge, Calif. - The culmination of the 2009-10 academic year for more than 10,3000 Cal State Northridge students was graduation. These students recently walked across a stage at CSUN to celebrate their hard work and success from the university before thousands of friends and family members.

Five seniors on the 2009-10 Cal State Northridge participated in graduation ceremonies. The list included Vincent Cordell, Kenny Daniels, Willie Galick, Tony Osunsanmi, and Therin Taylor.

Head coach Bobby Braswell and his coaching staff was among the many family and friends who attended graduation ceremonies.

"All of us, especially myself, were proud and honored to see these young men being rewarded not only for their success on the basketball court but importantly their success in the classroom," said Braswell. "To earn a degree is a step in your life you will cherish forever, and sets the stage for future success in their career paths."

Cordell and Daniels each majored in Pan African Studies, Galick as a Kinesiology major, Osunsnami as a Communication major, and Taylor as a Recreation, Tourism and Management major.
