Following a five-year career with CSUN, Peter Bomar begins his seventh season as member of Terry Davila's staff. Bomar works primarily with the Matador goalkeepers and defenders and handles a variety of administrative responsibilities and duties off the field.
A native of Van Nuys, Calif., Bomar spent 2003-2007 donning the red and black for Northridge. For his career, Bomar appeared in four matches, backing up Kevin Guppy in net. He made his only collegiate start on his Senior Day, guiding the Matadors to a 2-1 victory over the UC Irvine Anteaters. Bomar graduated from Cal State Northridge in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and 2013 with a Master’s in Sports Management.
Along with coaching responsibilities of CSUN he is also a coach for Real SoCal Soccer Club guiding his team through the Southern California Developmental Soccer League as well as a staff member of the Real SoCal USSF Academy teams.
