Joshua Schroder had an outdoor season-best of 14-9 (4.50) in the pole vault at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational where he finished tied for eighth ... did not compete during the indoor season.

2010
Schroder finished ninth in the pole vault at the Big West Championships ... cleared a season-best 15-2.25 (4.63) to finish just out of the scoring for the men's team ... also cleared 15-0 (4.57) to finish second at the Cal State LA Twilight Open (Apr. 15) ... did not compete during the indoor season.

2009
Sat out the indoor and outdoor seasons due to injury.

2008
Qualified for the pole vault at the Big West Outdoor Championships ... no-heighted on all three attempts ... matched the Northridge freshman record in the pole vault with a season-best 16-0.75 (4.90) at the Rafer Johnson Invitational at UCLA ... finished in a tie for 17th at the MPSF Indoor Championships with an indoor season-best height of 15-6.50 (4.74) which ranks third in Matador indoor history.

Competed in varsity track and field and football at San Benito High School in Hollister, Calif. ... as a pole vaulter was named Most Outstanding Athlete for the T-Cal Champions ... was also named Most Improved player on the Hay Baler football team ... also competed in JV basketball ... graduated in 2007 with a 3.0 grade point average.
