Sharpe started 27 of the 29 games she appeared in for the Matadors in her freshman season … named Big West Freshman of the Year, All-Big West Second Team and All-Big West Freshman Team after averaging 11.4 points (second on the team and ninth in the Big West Conference) … also averaged 4.0 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.9 steals per game … scored a season-high 19 points in four games … finished with 19 double-figure scoring performances … had a season-high nine rebounds on two different occasions … dished out nine assists against Cal Poly on Jan. 19 … had a season-high seven steals against UC Irvine on Dec. 29 … earned Big West Player of the Week honors after she posted 19 points, seven field goals and seven steals in the Matadors’ win over UC?Irvine and added 15 points in the win over UC?Riverside on the conference’s opening weekend … ranked among the league leaders in scoring, free throw percentage, steals per game and minutes per game … played 953 minutes on the year, an average of 32.9 per game … finished year with a team-high 110 free throws, tied for the eighth-most in school history.

Sharpe played four years of basketball and track and field for the Knights ... named the CIF Division 2AA MVP in 2011 ... earned all-league honors in all four seasons of hoops ... helped lead Knights to three-straight league titles to conclude prep career ... also helped lead team to second place finish in the state tournament and to a CIF Divsion 2AA championship in 2011 ... graduated in 2011.
