Game Notes
· For the sixth time this year, Cal State Northridge trotted out a different starting line-up.
· Tonight’s starters were Analee Viena-Lota, Violet Alama, Jasmine Erving, Bridgette Conejo and Janelle Nomura.
· Cal State Northridge now is 8-9 all-time at home against Pac-10 opposition. The Matadors are 2-0 against California, 0-5 against UCLA, 6-3 against USC, and now 0-1 against the Washington Huskies.
· Cal State Northridge now owns an all-time record of 374-592 (.387).
· The 26 CSUN turnovers tied a season high.
· The 25 CSUN fouls were a new season highs.
· Bridgette Conejo produced a season-high nine rebounds against UW, two better than her previous best of seven against Pepperdine (11/17/10). The nine rebounds were two short of her career-best of 11, which came against Seattle last year (2/10/10).
· Analee Viena-Lota’s 13 points bested her previous season-best of 11 earlier this year against another Pac-10 opponent, Oregon State on 11/20/10.
· For the third time this year, Viena-Lota had a season-high two three-pointers.
· Violet Alama’s seven rebounds against Washington fell just four short of season-best eleven against Eastern Michigan (11/21/10).
· Janelle Nomura, who entered the game as the fifth-best free throw shooter (.815) in the Big West Conference, tallied double-figures in free throws (10) and free throw attempts (12) to lead the Matadors.
· That gives Nomura a season total of 54-for-66 for .815.
· Jasmine Erving tied her career-best with three steals against UW. It was the fourth time in her career that she has produced such numbers.
