Wade then entered the game and promptly retired the next three batters to wrap up her third save of the season. That total ties her with several other Matadors for seventh in school history for a single season.

In the third, CSUN added another run to their total. Mikayla Thielges was hit by a pitch and moved to second on a sac bunt by Tracy Allen. With two outs, Madeline Sale laced her ninth double of the season into center field to score Thielges and give the Matadors a 2-0 lead.

Mosier started the fourth with a single to left and then promptly stole second for her 17th steal of the season and 38th of her career, moving into third in school history outright.

She came around to score on an RBI double by Mihm, the eighth two-bagger for the senior this season. With two outs in the inning, Samantha Sloniker drove home Mihm with an RBI double to left-center, her third double of the season.

The win over the Titans gave Northridge its third-straight Big West series victory to end the season. Saturday also marked the first time since 1998 that Northridge won two league games at Anderson Family Field against its historic league rivals.

Saturday's concludes the Matadors' 2011 season and marked the final games for seniors Allen, Mihm, Mosier and Karla Chaparro. Mosier had two hits in addition to the steal. Mihm added two RBIs to give her a .463 batting average in 21 league games. Finally, Allen had two hits and a sac bunt.
