Allen appeared in 28 matches and 96 sets for the Matadors during her sophomore season ... earned first team All-Big West accolades from the conference's head coaches for the first time in her career ... finished third on the Matadors with 247 kills and was second on the squad averaging 2.57 kps ... was second only to libero Cindy Ortiz with 316 digs while averaging 3.29 digs per set ... also finished second on the team in aces with 27 which ranked sixth in the Big West ... also contributed 61 total blocks which included three solo stuffs ... finished the season with a team-high 10 double-doubles which gives her 20 career double-doubles ... posted double figures in kills 14 times in 28 matches ... put down a season-high 15 kills (.265) to go with 19 digs in a five-set loss to UC Santa Barbara (Nov. 18) ... notched a career-high 25 digs, along with 12 kills in CSUN's 3-1 win at Sacramento State (Sept. 3) ... matched her career-high with five aces in a straight-set win over Fresno State (Sept. 3).


2010
Allen had an impressive freshman season at Cal State Northridge ... was named honorable mention All-Big West as well being named to the seven player All-Freshman Team ... led the Matadors with 363 kills, the most by a CSUN freshman since Laura Walter had 404 in 1998 ... also led the team in kills per game (3.03) and was third in aces (23), digs (254) and blocks (67) ... finished with a team-high 10 double-doubles and had double figures in kills 21 times in 31 matches ... had a Matador season-high 21 kills in CSUN's four-set win over Long Beach State (Nov. 19) and had 20 kills against Elon College (Sept. 3) ... put down 16 kills in a season-high 51 swings at Sacramento State (Sept. 4) ... tied for the team season-best with five aces vs. Northern Colorado (Aug. 28) ... notched nine kills while hitting .333 in her collegiate debut at San Diego State ... posted 12 kills and a season-high 16 digs in the Matadors' four-set win at UC Riverside (Nov. 5) ... was named All-Tournament at both the Sacramento State Invitational (Sept. 3-4)?and SJSU/Santa Clara Tournament (Sept. 10-11).


MURRIETA VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL
Earned four letters in volleyball at Murrieta Valley High School in Murrieta, Calif. ... played both the opposite and outside hitter positions for the Nighthawks ... earned All-Southwestern League honors in 2009 as well as league Most Valuable Player ... was also named to the All-Academic team ... also picked up first team all-league honors in 2006, 2007 and 2008 ... the Nighthawks won Southwestern League titles in 2007 and 2009 ... graduated in 2010 with a 3.6 grade point average.
