In her final season at CSUN, Yang finished with an 11-8 singles record and 15-6 doubles record … played primarily at the No. 2 draw in singles and posted impressive victories over Cal State Fullerton, New Mexico State, UC Riverside, Eastern Michigan, New Mexico, UC Davis, Iowa and Cal Poly … teamed with Sabrina Man-Son-Hing in doubles to earn All-Big West Doubles First Team honors … playing primarily at the No. 1 draw, the tandem went 14-6 and picked up notable victories Cal State Fullerton, UC Santa Barbara twice, New Mexico State, Stetson, Pacific, UC Davis and Iowa … the duo opened the season 13-0 in doubles play … Yang finished her career with 41-29 (.586) singles record and 52-29 (.642) doubles record.


Yang earned All-Big West Honorable Mention honors in doubles for her work with Nigora Sirojiddinova in her third season with the Matadors … the duo went 10-10 overall and 5-3 against Big West opponents ... duo had a season-long three-match winning streak … they registered impressive wins over Pacific, Cal Poly, UC Irvine, Portland and UCSB … in singles play, Yang finished her junior season with an impressive 12-8 overall record and 5-3 mark in Big West play … she went 3-2 at No. 3, 3-0 at No. 4 and 3-3 at No. 5 … earned Big West Tennis Player of the Week honors on April 4 after defeating UCI in a No. 5 contest … posted a season-long five-match winning streak … recorded notable wins over UCSB, Gonzaga, Portland, UCI, UCD, Pacific, LMU and San Diego State … ended her junior season with a career mark of 30-21 (588) in singles and 37-23 (.617) in doubles … ends seasons ranked seventh in school history in doubles career winning percentage.
