Briana Davis reached the final of both the 100 and 200 meters at the Big West Championships (May 12) ... finished seventh in the 100 final in a time of 12.05 and was also seventh in the 200 in a lifetime-best 24.41 ... also ran the third leg of the CSUN 4x100 relay that finished second in the conference in a season-best 46.04 ... ran a personal-best 11.98 in the 100 meters to finish 13th at the Steve Scott Invitational at UC Irvine (Apr. 29) ... qualified for both the 60 and 200 meters at the MPSF Indoor Championships (Feb. 25) ... finished 18th in the 60 meter prelims in a season-best time of 7.78 and placed 22nd in the 200 meter prelims also in a season-best 25.31.

Davis ran a season-best 12.15 in the 100 meter prelims at the Big West Championships ... advanced to the final where she placed seventh (12.23) helping the CSUN women to their sixth straight conference chamionship ... narrowly missed qualifying for the 200 meter final after posting a season-best 25.01 in the prelims ... ran the opening leg of the Matadors' 4x100 relay that finished second in the conference in a time of 46.13 ... did not compete during the indoor season.

Redshirted the 2010 indoor and outdoor seasons for the Matadors.

Competed as a sprinter for four years at Santa Monica High School in Santa Monica, Calif. ... was named Vikings track team MVP each season from 2005-2009 ... earned all-league honors in both 2006 and 2007 ... ran the 100 and 200 meters, the 4x100 relay as well as competing in the long jump and triple jump ... best time in the 100 meters was 12.0 and top time in the 200 was 25.15 ... graduated in 2009.
