Debbie Dickmann-Crofts was inducted into the CSUN Athletics Hall of Fame in 2004. Dickmann-Crofts was a four-time All-American from 1987 to 1990. Is the only player in the storied history of CCAA softball to earn first-team All-America accolades all four years. Dickmann-Crofts_Debbie_HOF

Also chosen CSUN Female Athlete of the Year in 1990, Dickmann-Crofts was the NCAA Player of the Year in both 19899 and 1990 and was a three-time Honda Award nominee

Dickmann-Crofts, who was a member of the 1987 NCAA championship team, ranks among the top 10 in all 11 pitching statistical categories in program history. As of 2026, she is the program leader in saves (13) and is tied for first in perfect games with Kathy Slaten with three. Dickmann-Crofts also ranks second in career wins (104), complete games (112), shutouts (73), innings pitched (926.0), and no-hitters (7), and is third in career games pitched (157), strikeouts (644), and earned run average (0.49).

On the CSUN single-season lists, Dickmann-Crofts shares first place with Slaten-Ayala in both perfect games (2) and saves (5). She also ranks third for a single season in games pitched (48), innings pitched (289.0), wins (30), no-hitters (4), and complete games (35).
