
CSUN Softball Signs San Pedro to National Letter of Intent

NORTHRIDGE, CALIF.—CSUN head softball coach Charlotte Morgan has announced the signing of Mackenzie San Pedro to a National Letter of Intent to continue her playing career with the Matadors.
"Mackenzie is going to bring experience and talent to our team," Morgan said. "Mackenzie brings high energy and a great deal of athleticism behind the plate and offensively. She knows how to lead and work with her defense and pitcher. We are so excited to get on the field with her and get to work."

- She recorded 18 hits, including three doubles and one home run.

- She posted a .331 on-base percentage after walking 18 times and being hit by eight pitches.
- A 2021 graduate of Redlands East Valley High School.
- After serving as team captain, she was named first-team All-Citrus Belt League as a senior.
- Selected second-team All-League as a freshman and named team Rookie of the Year.
- A school scholar-athlete on two occasions.
