HEAD COACH JIM BRACKEN SAID
"It wasn't a bad round, but we still threw away a lot of shots. I thought we could have been 4 or 5-under as a team. We're definitely playing better as a team, but tomorrow we start on the toughest stretch of holes so hopefully we'll manage it well."
UP NEXT
CSUN will have four players paired with UC Irvine for Tuesday's second round, while De Luca will play in a foursome with players from UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, and Eastern Washington. Round two gets underway at 8 a.m.
