Niall Finnegan appeared in two matched and two sets his first season at CSUN in 2024 after transferring from Orange Coast College ... made his Matador debut in CSUN's 3-0 win over Cal Lutheran (Jan. 16) ... recorded his first kill of the season against Hope International (Feb. 14) while also posting his first CSUN block.
ORANGE COAST COLLEGE - 2023 (Freshman)
Finnegan spent the 2023 season at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, Calif. ... as a freshman middle blocker, played in 20 matches while posting 74 kills (1.45 kps) and 40 total blocks (0.78 bps) ... hit .368 on 136 attacks for the Pirates who finished the season 18-3 and won the CCCAA state championship ... had a season-high nine kills on .583 hitting in a 3-0 win over San Diego Miramar (Mar. 3) ... played for coach Travis Turner.
