Caprice Anderson was named an Assistant Athletics Event Manager at CSUN in September, 2026. She has direct game operations oversight for the Matador men's and women's volleyball, softball and women's water polo programs.

Anderson joined the CSUN Athletics Events Management team in 2025 as a Game Management Intern and Administrative Assistant. In her previous role, Anderson supported operations across all Matador sports.

Previously, she coached youth track and field from 2021 to 2024, fostering a passion for sports leadership and development.

Anderson earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management at California State University, Northridge in 2026.
