Courtney Speakman joined the Matador Achievement Center as a Senior Academic Advisor in September 2024.

As a Senior Athletic Academic Advisor, she will work with the CSUN baseball, men’s golf, and women’s basketball programs.

Speakman previously worked at the University of Nebraska Omaha as an Academic and Student-Athlete Development Coordinator for two years. She got her start as an intern in the Student-Athlete Support Services Office at Ohio State University.

Speakman earned her bachelors of arts degree in psychology from Wittenberg University and earned her master's in sport and exercise psychology from CSU Long Beach.
