Durand D’Silva has worked with the CSUN women’s basketball program since 2016 and will begin his second season as the coordinator of operations and film in the Fall of 2020.

In his current role with the Matadors, he helps oversee all of the video, analytical, and data systems for the program. He also supports the program with special projects as assigned by head coach Jason Flowers.

D’Silva has served as a camp coach for the UCLA men’s basketball program since 2017. D’Silva worked with the Los Angeles Lakers from 2017-19 as a team attendant. He has also worked as a game-day associate at UCLA (2016-17) and as a marketing assistant at CSUN (2016).
