Durand D’Silva serves as Equipment Manager for CSUN Athletics.
D'Silva began his CSUN career in 2016 as a marketing assistant. The same season, he began working with the Matador Women’s Basketball program. In 2019. he moved into the role of coordinator of operations and film, where he helped oversee all of the video, analytical, and data systems for the program. He also supported the program with special projects as assigned by the head coach.
On the court, D’Silva has also served several years as a camp coach for the UCLA Men’s Basketball program. D'Silva worked with the Los Angeles Lakers from 2017-19 as a team attendant, and served as a game-day associate at UCLA (2016-17).
