Haley Paxton was named Associate Athletics Director for Administration & Compliance at CSUN in July, 2024. Paxton returns to CSUN Athletics after serving as Compliance Coordinator for the Matadors from 2018-19.

Since her first stint in Northridge, Paxton has served as the Assistant Director of Compliance at Ole Miss from 2019-2021 and Director of Compliance at the University of Arizona from 2021-24.

While at Arizona, she oversaw and implemented the rules education program for all student-athletes, coaches, departments and campus partners. She also handled all interpretations for NCAA as well as PAC-12 rules. At Ole Miss, Paxton handled bylaw 17 for the Rebels including coordinating time management plans, monitored practice logs, coordinated schedule approval processes, monitored team travel limits, and assisted with educational efforts as well as secondary and major investigations.

Before her first tenure as CSUN's Compliance Coordinator in 2018, Paxton served as a Compliance Assistant at Northern Colorado (2017) while earning her master’s degree in sports administration.
