Holly Sirotta was named Athletics Events and Facilities Lead at CSUN in August 2026. Sirotta joined CSUN’s Athletics Event Management team in the spring of 2023. In addition to overseeing the department, she also serves as the primary event management contact for men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s volleyball, softball and women’s water polo.
Sirotta previously served as an intern in the CSUN Marketing Department from 2018-2021 and also served as a Graduate Intern in the Athletic Development office from 2021-22.
Prior to CSUN, Sirotta spent eight years (2013-20) as the head girl’s lacrosse coach at Valley Academy of Arts and Sciences in Granada Hills, Calif. She then moved on to work at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles as an Event Operations crew member in September 2020 before being elevated to Event Operations Lead.
Sirotta has worked such events as Super Bowl LVI, Super Bowl LVIII (Las Vegas), NFL Kickoff 2022, WrestleMania, LA Bowl, College Football Playoff in 2023, and FIFA World Cup 2026. Sirotta, who has also worked various concerts, football games, and soccer games in her time at SoSi Stadium, also spent a year working for the City of Calabasas running their Youth Sports programs.
A Pennsylvania native, Sirotta graduated from Hempfield High School in Lancaster, Pa., in 2010. While in high school, she served as a student athletic trainer for football, boys’ basketball, and girls’ soccer, all while playing varsity lacrosse.
Sirotta earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology - sport studies from CSUN in 20216. As an undergrad, she founded and played college club lacrosse for the Matadors. Sirotta earned her first master’s degree in sport administration & sport psychology from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2020. She then earned a second master’s degree from CSUN in Recreation Sport Management in 2022.
