Noemi Silva-Morin joined CSUN Athletics as the Director of Marketing in September 2022. She oversees the marketing, promotions, fan engagement, and ticket sales efforts for all 19 of CSUN's Division I athletic programs. In her role, she creates and executes marketing campaigns that increase attendance, grow revenue, and enhance the game-day experience for all fans.

Before moving into her current role, Silva-Morin served as both a marketing intern and marketing coordinator for CSUN Athletics, helping promote Matador Athletics through creative campaigns and fan engagement initiatives. She also spent two seasons with the Los Angeles Sparks in Youth Basketball Operations, where she taught basketball fundamentals and helped grow the game for young athletes.

A Southern California native, Noemi earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from CSUN and her master's degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. While in school, she gained experience working with the Big West Conference, UCLA Athletics, and the Los Angeles Clippers.

She currently resides in NoHo.
