Dr, Lenin Glass was inducted into the CSUN Athletics Hall of Fame in 1988.
Glass was a long-time administrator at CSUN, serving as Dean of the School of Communication and Professional Studies from 1979 to 1989. Glass, who also had a history with the School of Fine Arts, served as Faculty Athletic Representative from 1990 to 1993
Glass assisted the athletic department in its transition from NCAA Division II to Division I in 1990. His legacy on campus is honored through the Lenin Glass Health Sciences Scholarship, which supports students pursuing a Master of Public Health.
