NORTHRIDGE, Calif.---CSUN Men's Basketball has finalized a Tuesday home non-conference game with Stanford at 2 p.m. Fans can watch the game live on ESPN3.
Â
The Matadors have hosted only one Pac-12 Conference program in team history with that game taking place on Jan. 22, 1995 against California. The Bears initially prevailed in that game but the Matadors would eventually be granted the victory by forfeiture.
Â
CSUN is coming off an 89-84 road victory at Pepperdine on Saturday night, which was the team's first game in 12 days. Over the past week, the Matadors have canceled their two non-conference games against Fresno State (Dec. 8) and Pacific (Dec. 16) after both opponents paused their programs due to COVID-19.
Â
Stanford (2-2) has played all four of its games in North Carolina to start the 2020-21 season. This past Sunday, Stanford's scheduled Pac-12 opener at USC was postponed due to COVID-19 precautions. The Cardinal has defeated Alabama and North Carolina A&T this season while it has suffered defeats to North Carolina and Indiana.
