CSUN Softball Adds Jadyn Nielsen to 2024 Squad

NORTHRIDGE, CALIF.—CSUN head softball coach Charlotte Morgan has announced the signing of Jadyn Nielsen to a National Letter of Intent to continue her playing career with the Matadors.
"Jadyn is going to help our program tremendously with her speed and softball IQ," Morgan said. "We are excited to work with her and see her reach her true potential on and off the field. She has Big West experience, so she will fit right in with the staff and players.

- Scored three runs and walked once.
- A 2022 graduate of Cerritos High School.
- A two-time 605 League MVP and two-time Cerritos Community News Player of the Year.
- Selected to the Long Beach Press-Telegram Dream Team's first team as a senior.
- Named 2021 first-team All-CIF (Southern Section Division 3).
- Chosen Cerritos High School "Athlete of the Year."
- A three-time "Premios De Oro" Academic Award winner.
- Hit .600 with a .740 on-base percentage and had 66 stolen bases during her prep career.
