Shawn Chin-Farrell Appointed to NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Committee

NORTHRIDGE, Calif. - CSUN Director of Athletics Shawn Chin-Farrell has been appointed to serve on the NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Committee.

The NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Committee is charged with the organization and implementation of the national championship tournament, including the determination of the participants and creation of the bracket, as well as establishing playing rules and procedures for competition.

"It is an honor to be selected to serve on the NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Committee," Chin-Farrell said. "I look forward to representing CSUN on a national level while working to advance the sport of soccer."

Chin-Farrell's committee appointment is effective immediately and runs through August of 2026.
