2019-20 (SENIOR): Due to injuries, was limited to 17 appearances (making two starts)....only played 253 minutes...averaged 3.6 points and 5.6 rebounds per game in which she played...blocked seven shots, made six steals, and had three assists...selected Academic All-Conference.
2018-19 (JUNIOR): Named to Big West All-Defensive Team…averaged 5.6 rebounds per game, the 12th best in the Big West (second on the team), in only 17.5 minutes per game coming off the CSUN bench…averaged 5.0 points per game…shooting 46.3% from the floor (44-95)…posted 20 assists, 12 steals, and six blocks...named Academic All-Conference.

2017-18 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 29 games and started 10 times...fourth on the team in rebounding (4.4)...pulled in a season best 10 rebounds against Milwaukee Nov. 18 during the preseason WNIT...averaged 4.4 points per game...scored a season high 14 points against New Orleans Nov. 17 during the preseason WNIT...had nine rebounds against Cal Poly during the Big West Tournament...chosen Academic All-Conference.
2016-17 (FRESHMAN): Named Big West Freshman of the Year and to the Big West All-Freshman team...was the third Matador to win Big West Conference Freshman of the Year and second-straight CSUN player to win award...averaged 4.6 points, 6.9 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game in 26 appearances and 21 starts...during conference play, started 15 times and averaged 4.8 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists...collected double-digit rebounds on five occasions and pulled down at least seven rebounds in four consecutive games....recorded 11 assists and only three turnovers in 101 minutes over her final five games...averaged 12.0 rebounds over three contests including a season-best 14 boards against Penn....scored a season-high 10 points and four free throws at Cal Poly...led Matadors with 12 rebounds in home win over UC Santa Barbara...finished with nine points and 11 rebounds against both Southern Utah and Seattle University...added 11 rebounds and three blocks in win at UC Riverside...finished season 13th in the Big West in rebounds and sixth in rebounds per game.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Long Beach Poly High School…coach was Carl Buggs…earned first team All-Area honors from the Long Beach Press Telegram and second team All-CIF honors…helped lead her team to a league championship while averaging a double-double (13 ppg, 11 rpg).Â

PERSONAL: Daughter of Kimberly Johnson and Clifford Matthews...a psychology major…has one sister, Danielle, and three brothers: Clifford Jr., Christopher and Dean...favorites include soul food, "Mulan" and the rock group Fall Out Boy…says the best advice she has been given is "don't take no for an answer"…her advice to young people is "never let anyone else tell you what you can and cannot do"…lists her mom as her greatest hero.
