Natali Cerritos joined the CSUN Sports Medicine Staff in October 2025 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. She will be working primarily with the Matador baseball and women’s golf programs in 2026-27.Â
Prior to joining the CSUN Sports Medicine staff, Cerritos earned her master's degree in athletic training from Northern Arizona University in 2025. During her program, she gained hands-on experience at her clinical sites with her preceptors at Flagstaff High School and Cal State Monterey Bay, working with several sports, including the baseball teams, among others.Â
She earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology, with an emphasis in applied fitness from CSUN in 2018. She has been a NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer since 2025.Â
As a Los Angeles native, Cerritos enjoys spending time at the beach, baking, watching sports, and spending time with her family.
