Brookins returned to CSUN as a graduate student ... Started the Matadors' first three games at center before going down with a season-ending injury ... Averaged 5.7 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.0 blocks per game for the season ... Made 7-of-10 from the field and 3-of-5 free throws ... Would see 13.7 minutes per game on the floor ... Scored a CSUN career-high nine points in the season opener at USC ... Collected eight points on the road at Notre Dame ...
