Simon Beltz is in his first season as a team manager to the men's basketball team in 2021-22. Beltz handles all video operations for the coaching staff.

Beltz previously worked on the Los Angeles Clippers' game night staff since 2016. He also assumed the role as a team attendant where he assisted the visiting team's equipment staff with all locker room and on-court needs.

Before arriving at CSUN in 2020, Beltz spent three years at Pierce College from 2016-19. He attended high school at El Camino Real and graduated in 2016.

Beltz will be graduating from CSUN in December 2021 with a degree in marketing. This past spring, he made the school's Dean's List. Beltz has aspirations of working in basketball operations and eventually serving as an agent or in sports marketing.
