2015 First Team All-Big WestÂ
2015 (R-SENIOR): Named first team All-Conference...saw action in all 19 matches and made 13 starts...finished with career-high four goals to go with two assists for a career-high 10 points...scored first goal of the year from penalty spot in win at Santa Clara...scored a second-half brace in victory at Sacramento State...added fourth goal of year in win vs. Cal State Fullerton...picked up assist in win at Saint Mary’s...finished year with 26 shots, putting 14 on goal...ended CSUN career with 19 career assists, two shy of 10th in program in history...finished with seven career goals and 33 career points.Â
2014 (R-JUNIOR): Played in all 19 matches and made 15 starts..took 21 shots on the year and finished with five assists and five points...assisted on both goals in CSUN's road win at Tulsa (Sept. 7) and also had assists in wins over Bradley (Sept. 14), UC Riverside (Oct. 18) and No. 14 UC Irvine (Nov. 1)..when Turcios recorded at least one point, the Matadors went 4-0.
2013 (R-SOPHOMORE): Appeared in all 23 matches for the Matadors as a sophomore and had two goals, seven assists and 11 points..had a goal and an assist in the win at New Mexico (Sept. 15) and a pair of assists in both wins over Cal Poly (Oct. 13, Nov. 12)...posted a spectacular overhead kick in overtime that resulted in the game winning goal against Cal State Fullerton (Oct. 23) as well...took 16 shots and had eight shots on goal.
2012 (R-FRESHMAN): Competed in all 22 matches and was one of five players to accomplish the feat...had one goal and tallied six assists for eight points...Turcios' goal was the game winner in a 2-0 win at home over UC Davis...took 28 shots on the season and had 10 shots on goal.
2011 (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the CSUN program.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Birmingham High School...competed for the Patriots soccer team for four years, earning a starting position in each of his final three seasons...was named MVP, and All-League and first team All-City...was a captain as a senior...graduated with a 3.3 GPA.
PERSONAL: Majoring in sociology.
