Emily Rogers joined the CSUN Sports Medicine Team in August 2021 as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer. She works primarily with the Matador softball team.
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Rogers graduated Cum Laude from The University of Akron in 2021 with her bachelor of science degree in Athletic Training. At Akron, she assisted in the day-to-day operations for softball, women’s soccer, football, Copley High School, and The PT Center in Fairlawn, Ohio.
Rogers. who is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Kinesiology at CSUN, has been a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association since 2019 and has been a NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer since May of 2021.
