Izzy Pregozen joined the CSUN Sports Medicine team in 2019 as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer working primarily with the softball program and assisting with the women’s soccer team.
Pregozen is from Santa Clarita, California and graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Diego State University in 2018 with a B.S. in Athletic Training. She worked a variety of sports, including SDSU’s men’s and women’s soccer teams and the women’s rowing team.
She completed Houston Methodist Hospital’s manual therapy-focused residency program in Texas where she worked as an athletic trainer for local high schools and gained advanced knowledge in injury rehabilitation. She currently holds a Sports Manual Therapy Certification (SMTC) and is a Graston Technique Specialist (GTS).
Pregozen is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Biomechanics.
