Nikishina started two times over 17 total appearances … averaged a career-best 3.8 points and 2.5 rebounds in 12.6 minutes per game ... shot 41.1 percent from the floor (30-of-73) ... scored a career-high 10 points on 5-of-8 shooting to go with a season-best seven rebounds vs. Hope International ... finished with eight points in 12 minutes at Long Beach State (2/17/24) ... played a season-high 28 minutes, recording nine points and seven rebounds in a win over UC San Diego (3/2/24) ... earned Big West All-Academic Team honors.
CSUN - 2022-23 (Junior)
Came off the bench to play in 20 of the 31 games ... posted season bests of six points, eight rebounds, and 19 minutes in the season-opener at Cal on Nov. 7 ... averaged 1.5 points and 1.5 rebounds in 5.9 minutes per game ... made 13-of-32 field goal attempts and 4-of-8 free throw attempts ... recorded three blocks and two assists.

Daughter of Ernest Nikishina and Aleksandra Nikishina … stepfather is Andrey Sviridov ... a Sociology major ... favorites include the Seattle Storm, Brianna Stewart, Benedict Cumberbatch, Emilia Clarke, Game of Thrones, Intouchables, Pizza, Imagine Dragons, Travis Scott, and ASOS.com … chose CSUN because it was a good opportunity for her future and her career, she is sure that she can have a good level of education and become a professional basketball player ... says her greatest sports moment so far is playing in the final of the Russian championship game … says the best thing about being an athlete is the training process, you give yourself to training every day and feel the result in the games … says the toughest thing about being an athlete is when you give yourself completely to sports, you have to build around it all your life, so sometimes you have to rarely see relatives or friends…says the best athlete she has played against is Olairi Kosu … the most famous person she has met is Brianna Stewart … the person in history she would like to meet is Vincent van Gough … the two people she would like to have dinner with are Lebron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo ... says the best advice she has been given is don't compare yourself to others and go through my own way … her advice to young people is do what you really love, even if your friends or family don't believe in you … says her greatest hero is her mom for too many reasons to list.
