Junior opposite Lucas Time made his first CSUN start against UC Merced and led the eighth-ranked Matadors to a 3-0 sweep. Timm connected for a match-high 14 kills on .308 hitting to go with five digs and a pair of aces as CSUN defeated the visiting Bobcats 25-15, 25-16, 25-22 in a non-conference match.
