WHAT'S COMING UP
The Matadors (4-10, 3-1 Big West) travel to UC Davis Wednesday night for a 6 p.m. start. The game will be on ESPN+ with all links on GoMatadors.com.

Wednesday's action begins a stretch in which CSUN will play five games in 10 days and seven in the final 17 days of January.

ABOUT UC DAVIS
UC Davis is 5-8 overall and 1-2 in conference play after defeating CSU Bakersfield 60-43 last Saturday in Bakersfield.

Evanne Turner leads the Big West in scoring at 15.9 points per game. She also leads the league in made three-pointers per game (2.7) and is shooting 39.8% from the field.

Wednesday marks the 48th time CSUN and UCD are playing women's basketball, with the Aggies leading the all-time series 30-17.

TU'UA LEADS TEAM IN ASSISTS is SECOND IN REBOUNDING & STEALS
CSUN point guard Anaiyah Tu'ua is leading the Matadors in assists with 43.

The 5-9 redshirt sophomore is second on the team in rebounding at 4.9 per game. Tu'ua grabbed a career-high nine against UC Riverside on Jan. 7.

She is second on the team in steals (19). Tu'ua hit the game winning basket, a three-pointer, with 4.7 seconds remaining at Long Beach State to give CSUN a 57-55 win against the Beach.

She is second in the Big West in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.2) and sixth in assists (3.0).

BIG WEST DEFENSE
Through the first four Big West games, CSUN has not allowed more than 59 points to their opponents. Matador opponents are averaging 55.5 points against CSUN, with a low of 53 coming during the UC Riverside game on Jan. 7.

The Matadors have held their Big West opponents to under 43% shooting in the first four conference games, with an opponent low 27.8% coming from Cal Poly in the league opener.
