Layla Cederlind appeared in 29 matches and 91 sets during her junior season ... ranked fifth among CSUN servers with 14 aces while averaging 0.15 aces per set ... also posted 33 digs (0.36 dps) and a pair of aces ... served a season-high three aces at Cal State Bakersfield (Sept. 19) and also had two aces against both San Francisco (Sept. 16) and Long Beach State (Oct. 7) ... posted a season-high seven digs in the Matadors' 3-2 win over Long Beach State (Oct. 7) ... recorded a .868 serve-receive percentage in 38 attempts.
CSUN - 2022 (Sophomore)
Cederlind appeared in 31 of CSUN's 32 matches as a sophomore ... started six times in the back row ... finished the season with a season career-high 186 digs while averaging 1.65 digs per set ... posted a .916 serve-receive percentage ... ranked second on the team with 30 aces (0.27 saps) while also adding 17 assists ... served a career-high and a team season-high five aces in CSUN's straight-set won over Cal State Bakersfield (Sept. 30) ... posted a career-high 13 digs against UC Riverside (Oct. 15), one of four matches in which she recorded double figures in digs.
CSUN - 2021 (Freshman)
Cederlind appeared in 22 matches and 52 sets in her first season at CSUN ... finished the season with 30 digs while averaging 0.58 digs per set ... posted an .880 serve-receive percentage ... tied for sixth on the team with seven aces (0.13 saps) and also had two assists ... made her collegiate debut against Denver (Aug. 27) ... notched her first dig against Campbell (Aug. 27) ... had a season-high six digs and two aces at Nevada (Sept. 18).

VISTA MURRIETA HIGH SCHOOL
Cederlind earned four varsity letters in volleyball at Vista Murrieta High School in Murrieta, Calif. ... earned second-team all-league honors as an opposite hitter for the Broncos in 2019 ... her team won the 2019 Division I state championship, finishing with a 25-11 overall record under coach Ed Taitano ... also played defensive specialist for the Broncos for two seasons ... graduated in 2020.
