CSUN - 2025 (Junior)
Julia Bazylevych appeared in 28 matches and 96 sets during her junior season with CSUN women's indoor volleyball in 2025 ... started 21 matches at outside hitter ... finished second on the team with a career-high 275 kills (2.86 kps) while hitting .126 on 890 swings ... also ranked third with 21 aces (0.22 saps) and tied for third with 178 digs (1.85 dps) ... had CSUN's top two offensive performances, putting down a career-high 26 kills in CSUN's 3-1 win over Eastern Washington (Sept. 4) and adding 23 kills in a 3-1 win at San Francisco (Sept. 18) ... finished with double figures in kills 15 times in 28 matches and led the Matadors with nine double-doubles ... scooped up a career-high 13 digs in back-to-back matches at UC Davis (Nov. 20) and at UC Riverside (Nov. 22) ... hit a season-high .308 at San Francisco and served a career-high three aces against California Baptist (Aug. 31) ... was one of nine Matadors to earn Big West All-Academic team honors.
CSUN - 2024 (Sophomore)
Bazylevych appeared in 17 matches and 49 sets in her first season with CSUN women's indoor volleyball in 2024 ... made seven starts at outside hitter ... finished the season sixth on the team with 109 kills (2.22 kps) while hitting .126 on 333 swings ... also posted 25 digs (0.51 dps), 14 blocks (0.29 bps), and two aces in her first season ... pounded a season-high 14 kills on 23 attacks to hit a season-high .478 in CSUN's 3-0 win over Cal State Fullerton (Nov. 1) ... also reached double figures in kills four other times, including a 13-kill (.257) match at Hawai'i (Oct. 27) ... took a season-high 39 swings in the season finale at Long Beach State (Nov. 23) ... had a season-high five digs and one ace against Nevada (Sept. 13).
CSUN BEACH (2024-25)
Bazylevych has also played two seasons for the CSUN Beach Volleyball team in 2024 and 2025 ... posted 36 wins in two seasons after finishing 18-16 in 2025 ... finished her debut season in 2024 on the sand with 18 wins playing with six different partners ... tied for fourth with 18 individual wins in 2025 and ranked second with 18 individual wins in 2025 ... finished 16-13 with Tia Mendiola and 2-3 with Elena Gonzalez-Hughes in 2025 ... in 2024, finished 8-10 with Kinley Lindhardt, 3-2 with Layla Cederlind, 5-2 with Tia Mendiola, and 2-1 with Haley Coggins.
TAFT HIGH SCHOOL
Bazylevych played on the indoor and beach volleyball teams at Taft High School in Woodland Hills, Calif. ... earned first-team all-league honors as a middle/outside for the Toreadors following her junior and senior seasons ... her beach team won a City Section championship while she also claimed a City Section pairs championship ... played beach volleyball for coach Tatum Reckleff and indoor volleyball for coaches Arman Mercado and Morgan Uijay ... graduated in 2023, earning honor roll honors.
