Earned All-Big West Second Team honors and a conference award for the first time in his career ... Agoura High School
Weiss helped the Agoura High School Chargers win the Marmonte League title in 2012, 2013 and 2014 ... In three varsity seasons, he was named to the All-League, All-County and All-CIF First Teams three times each ... He was the All-County MVP in 2014 and has also garnered recognition as an All-State Third Team selection (2014), a Daily News All-Area player (2013) and a Baseball America Top 100 Underclassman (2012) ... As a senior, Weiss hit for a .350 average with 10 home runs.
