2009-10 (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the CSUN program.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of West Adams Prep…a four-year starter for the Panthers…earned All-CIF honors following sophomore, junior and senior season…named team MVP all four years…also played volleyball and track…graduated with a 3.22 GPA.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Roseann and the late Warren Smith… majoring in business…stepfather is William Short III…has two sisters, Champagne and Chennte, and one brother, William…includes the LA Lakers and Sparks, the movie "Love and Basketball" and mac and cheese as some of her favorites…says the best advice she has received is "Learning from your mistakes makes you better"…can't imagine going a week without playing basketball.
