PRIOR TO CSUN
Lopez spent two seasons at UT Arlington before transfering to CSUN. With the Mavericks, as a freshman, saw 77 at-bats, collecting 13 hits with 10 runs scored...appeared in 37 games, making 27 starts - primarily at second base...recorded 48 putouts.
In her sophomore season, she batted .232 in 95 at-bats. She tallied 22 hits with 17 runs scored. She hit one double and one triple.
PERSONAL
Parents are Laura and Gabriel Lopez. Father played Minor League Baseball for the Yankees. Older brother Elijah played baseball at Cal State Fullerton. Also has an older sister Destiny Lopez. Favorite team is the LA Dodgers.. favorite TV Show is Greys Anatomy.. favorite artist is Drake. Says her greatest sports moment was getting into the transfer portal and finding CSUN! Says the best thing about being an athlete is the culture you are surrounded by every day and creating amazing connections. Says her greatest hero is her brother, Elijah.
