2014 (JUNIOR): Saw action three times...ran 29:52.80 to open the year at the Sept 13 UC Riverside Invitational (8k, 29:52.80)...went 29:56.10 over the 8k course at the Aztec Invitational on Sept. 20...posted a time of 20:28.10 on the 6k Highlander Invitational Oct. 18.Â
2013 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in five events...posted career bests in the 6k (20:03.60) during the Oct. 19 Highlander Invitational and in the 8k (27:27.40) at the Oct. 4 Sacramento State NCAA Inter-Regional Jamboree...placed 61st in the Big West Championships Nov. 2 (29:35.30).
2012 (FRESHMAN): Ran three times...posted 8k season best of 27:54.40 during the Oct. 13 CSUN College Invitational (Oct. 13)...finished 60th at the Big West Championships Oct. 27 (28:45.60).
HIGH SCHOOL:Â A 2012 graduate of Bishop Alemany High Schoo...earned All-Mission League honors in cross country as a senior...ran for coach Eric Nuemann...top time in the 5k was 15:15...ran the distance events for the Warriors track team...graduated with a 3.8 grade point average.
PERSONAL:Â Son of Pamela Tamusaitis and Xavier Rosales...a Kinesiology major...has one brother, Markus who attends Cal State Monterey Bay...favorites include the Los Angeles Lakers, pasta and the music of the Red Hot Chili Peppers...enjoys playing guitar in his spare time.
