Devin Figueroa is currently an Assistant Sport Performance Coach at CSUN where he works with Women’s Basketball, Women’s Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Men’s Soccer, and Men’s Volleyball. He holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology (Biomechanics) and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Science), both from CSUN.
Prior to his current role, Figueroa gained valuable experience through several performance coaching positions. He began his journey with a Performance Internship at CSUN in the summer of 2022, where he assisted with training and athlete development. From 2022 to 2024, he served as a Graduate Assistant Performance Coach at CSUN, earning his Master’s Degree while working with Beach Volleyball and Men’s Golf. During this graduate assistant position, he also worked with Women’s Soccer where he was responsible for GPS data analysis. In the summer of 2024, he interned with the UCLA Women's Basketball team, adding to his sport science and performance experience.
With a strong foundation in biomechanics and practical experience in strength and conditioning, he is dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential.
