Dillon Auxier appeared in four matches playing in four sets as a true freshman ... made his four appearances in the first 15 matches of the sea- son as a backup outside hitter ... had one kill in nine attacks for the season ... also had two total blocks on the season ... notched his first colle- giate kill after coming off the bench in Northridge’s five-set win over No. 2 USC (Feb. 3)
... took a season-high six swings against the Trojans ... posted two block assists in one set of action against No. 10 UCLA (Jan. 22).
EDISON HIGH SCHOOL
Auxier earned three varsity letters in volleyball at Edison High School in Huntington Beach, Calif. ... averaged 2.80 kills per game while hitting .448 as a senior for the Chargers    also competed in football, wrestling and water polo.... graduated in 2009 with a 3.0 grade point average.

Born April 11, 1991 in Newport Beach, Calif. ... parents are Danette and Dave Auxier who are both teachers        has two brothers, Jason and Dallas... his dad played football at Fresno State ... favorites include the Los Angeles Lakers, Lebron James, the TV show "Weeds", singer Kid Cudi and La Rocco's Pizza ... says the best thing about being an athlete is "competing".... says his most embarrassing moment was his shoe falling off against USC when he has time to relax he listens to the music of Jack Johnson ... major is undecided.
