Hanmer was a three-time letterwinner as a setter at Paloma Valley High School in Menifee, Calif. ... started all four years and was the team captain for the Wildcats playing for coaches Katie Bradley and Stephen Kaas ... earned league Most Valuable Player honors as a junior in 2019 and was named MVP of the Dan Quan Tournament that same season ... graduated in 2021.
