Daughter of Jose and Wendy Freijanes … a History major ... favorites include the New York Yankees, Derek Jeter, Zac Efron, Jennifer Lawrence, The Vampire Diaries, The Greatest Showman, pasta, Queen, Luke Combs, and YouTube.com … chose CSUN because the program allowed her to continue her playing career at the Division I level and continue her education … says greatest sports moment so far is hitting a grand slam in her last high school game … says the best thing about being an athlete is that you get to belong to a team that shares the same goals as you, and you make friends that last a lifetime … says the toughest thing about being an athlete is having to cope with failing and overcoming failure … says the best athlete she has played against Sophia Nugent … the most famous person she has met is John Stamos … the person in history she would like to meet is Elvis Presley … would like to switch places for one day with Arianna Grande … the two people she would like to have dinner with is Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid … her heroes are her parents who push her to be the best she can be and have set a great example for her.
