2008-09 (R-SENIOR): Rutherford appeared in 11 games for Northridge, making three starts, in her first season with the Matadors...averaged 4.5 points and 1.8 rebounds on the season...scored season high 11 points against Jackson State at Great Alaska Shootout on Nov. 26...finished with 10 points at Prairie View A&M on Nov. 16...grabbed career high four rebounds at Rice on Nov. 14...dished out three assists on two occasions: against San Diego on Nov. 19 and at Alaska-Anchorage on Nov. 25...had two steals at Prairie View A&M.
2007-08 (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season as per NCAA transfer rules from Hope International University.
PRIOR TO CSUN: Spent two seasons at Hope International University from 2005-07...during 2006-07 season, started 14 games, averaging 18 minutes, 5.7 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game...medically redshirted during 2005-06 season.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2005 graduate of Oaks Christian High School...as a senior, averaged 17.4 points and 7.2 rebounds per contest in 15 games...named All-CIF as a junior...suffered torn ACL during senior year.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Dudley and Renee......majoring in kinesiology...has one sister, Kerri, and one brother, Dallas...lists some of her favorites as the movie “Stompy the Yard”, Italian and soul food and actor Denzel Washington...would like to visit Hawaii...her favorite aspect of her basketball game is her energy.
